Deluxe Rates: All land transportation by a Japanese bus (a Jeep for small group), sightseeing, hotel accommodation (during Lhasa based on staying Hotel Himalayan New Wing or similar hotel and best available hotels or any other 3 star standard hotels en route) with 3 meals a day on A/P, and bed and breakfast on B/B, entrance fees, service of guide, local region permits.

Standard Rates: All land transportation by a Japanese bus (a jeep for a small group), sightseeing, hotel accommodation (during Lhasa based on Hotel Dungu or similar class hotel, and 2 star standard hotel en route) with 3 meals a day on A/P, and bed and breakfast on B/B, entrance fees, service of guide, local region permits.

Economy Rates: All land transportation by a Japanese bus (a Jeep for small group), sightseeing, hotel accommodation (during Lhasa based on staying Hotel Himalayan Old Wing or similar hotel and 1 star standard hotels en route) with 3 meals a day on A/P, and bed and breakfast on B/B, entrance fees, service of guide, local region permits.

| 2. If request is made for any other hotel than Himalaya Hotel in Lhasa, the difference in price will be charged or deducted accordingly. If Shangri La Holidays is not able to provide hotel Himalaya in Lhasa, then they will provide similar class hotel on the same meal plan at the same agreement price. Single supplements are required should pay single supplements costs. |

3. If asked to arrange 1pax group, in this case 75% surcharge base on the rates of 2-4pax group sizes would be requested or requested separated rates according to the program and service requirement. |

4. Cost Excludes: Airfare, personal insurance, and any other extra services that is not included in the program, visa fee, expenses of personal nature such as telephone, laundry, tips, liquor, Transfer from Nepal-Tibet Boarder to Kathmandu, etc. |

6. Once the trip started and between if the clients break journey, then there is no refund. If tour is cancelled within week before starting the trip, then there will 25% cancellation charge. |

7. Shangri-La Holidays must provide all transfer as per itinerary, but if there is landslide or any other natural or political reason beyond the control of Shangri~La Holidays, there will not be refund for such failure and clients have to bear extra expenses occurred in such cases. |
